Become Part of our Transition Makeovers
If you are interested in becoming a Transition Makeover participant, and you are currently living in the Orange County, California area, please send a letter accompanied by a photo describing your situation to WomanSage.The application deadline is 5 p.m. on Friday, August 13.
The letter should be short, describing the reasons you feel you should be considered as a Transition Makeover candidate.
Are you at a turning point in your life? Have you experienced a recent divorce, a loss of your job, an unexpected change in your career path or a loss or major change of another kind?
As a Transition Makeover candidate, you might be facing a critical problem, but not an overwhelming issue requiring therapy. This means that you are "everywoman." You were moving along your life path when something happened to cause you to stop, slow down, wonder. You are at a turning point.
If selected, you might receive help from a life coach, a financial advisor or a career coach to help you get back on track and on your way again. They would be part of the Transition Makeover "faculty" who are all members of WomanSage and who are professionally licensed or certified in their fields.
The process will take about 3 months. Current applicants must live in the Orange County, California area. Ten candidates will be selected for this final segment of the 2010 program. The program will be conducted in class sessions related to the needs of the participants.
