Psychologist Dr. Bonnie Olsen, will share insight into gaining a better understanding of the seniors in your life, focusing on their emotions and cognitive health issues. She will share new ways to relate and techniques to improve communication and breathe new life into your oldest relationship - that with your parents.

"Investment Strategies: What Makes Sense Now?"

Held conjointly with our friends at WISE, a panel of financial experts will be featured to discuss investment strategies. You will learn how our world has changed and how to identify the best ways to get your dollars working as hard for you as you worked for them!

April 9th

Meet Sonia Marsh the author of the book Freeways to Flip-Flops: A Family's year of Gutsy Living on a Tropical Island, and the founder of the "My Gutsy Story" series. She's a mother, wife, author, blogger, an unconventional thinker, and a world traveler with a special affinity for tropical islands.

May 14th

"Celebrities are Caregivers Too!"

Sherry Snelling, of Metropolitan Life, reveals the thoughts and feelings about care giving from her interviews with seven celebrities. Learn how much we all have in common in our efforts to take care of mom and dad. Expect a few tears and lots of laughter as Sherry shares anecdotes and antics about care giving from the mouths of the "rich and famous"!

All Salons are held at the elegant Center Club and include a delicious dinner prepared by Chef Lewis. The bar is open at 5:30 with wines discounted to $5! We want Salons to be your time to relax, enjoy a fascinating speaker and a fabulous meal. We encourage you to bring a friend along.
